Love or Lust
Binding Platform Policy

Child Safety Standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Operated by SBA Services. Enforced by our safety team.

Zero tolerance

Love or Lust has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on this platform — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or sextortion of minors, sexualized depiction of minors, and any attempt to contact or solicit a minor for a sexual purpose.

We do not allow, host, distribute, or transmit such content, and we do not permit members to solicit or share it with one another.

18+ only

  • The platform is exclusively available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Accounts record a date of birth at signup and re-confirm it during onboarding.
  • Any account presenting as under 18 is immediately locked, and its biometric baseline is flagged to prevent re-registration.
  • Every profile must pass a mandatory 3D active-liveness face scan before it is visible to anyone, which blocks underage, synthetic, and borrowed-photo accounts.
  • Reports of suspected minors trigger the highest-priority safety review.

How to report

Anyone — a member or a member of the public — can report CSAE concerns to us at any time, without needing an account:

  • In the app: use the report action on any profile or in any chat. Reports enter our moderation queue immediately.
  • By email: contact safety@loveorlust.net. Include the profile name or link and a short description. Urgent reports are triaged immediately.

We review every report. Severe categories — suspected minors, sexual solicitation of minors, and exploitation — escalate immediately to our safety team.

Removal, preservation, and law enforcement

  • Accounts implicated in CSAE are terminated immediately and permanently; the associated biometric baseline is banned to prevent re-registration, and content is removed from the platform.
  • We preserve evidence connected to suspected child exploitation and do not delete it in the ordinary course of enforcement, so it remains available for lawful requests.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection authorities. We report suspected child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable law-enforcement agencies where required.
  • Law-enforcement requests may be submitted to safety@loveorlust.net.
