Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Love or Lust account and associated personal data by email. You do not need to install the app or sign in to submit a request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@loveorlust.net from the email address registered to your account.
  2. Use the subject Love or Lust account deletion request and ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
  3. Support verifies account ownership before processing the request, and confirms completion by email. If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your request so support can arrange another ownership check.
Email deletion request

This opens your email app; send the email to submit your request. Never send your password or payment-card details.

Data covered by your request

Your request covers your sign-in account, profile details and preferences, uploaded profile photos, account-linked messages and conversations, practice-coaching history, AI submissions and results, location and verification data, and account-linked usage and purchase-credit records.

Deletion permanently removes your account access. Information already copied or saved by another person cannot be removed from their device by Love or Lust.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, refund, or dispute obligations. Safety reports, fraud-prevention records, and deactivation logs may be retained to investigate abuse, enforce bans, or comply with legal obligations. Payment providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies.

No fixed additional retention period is currently published for these exceptions. Ask support for the specific records retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period when submitting your request. This page does not promise automatic deletion within 90 days.

You can also delete within the app

Sign in, open Profile & VIP → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm deletion.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store’s subscription settings to stop future charges.
