To provide a secure, authentic, and high-quality dating experience, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth, biological sex, and match preferences.
• Verification Data (3D Face Scan): To combat fraud, bots, and scammers, we require a 3D face scan/selfie verification. Biometric data or face-mapping metadata is processed instantly to verify your identity and match your profile pictures.
• Technical and Device Data: IP address, device fingerprints, browser type, operating system, system timezone, and locale settings.
• Geolocation Data: Precise GPS coordinates (via device permission) and IP-based geolocation coordinates to ensure local matching and detect location spoofing.
• Payment Information: Credit card or transaction data processed securely via our third-party payment processors (PayPal). We do not store your full raw credit card details on our servers.

We use your data to:

• Operate, maintain, and optimize the matchmaking grid.
• Process your $12 one-time Lifetime Founder's Fee.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, catfishing, scamming, and bot profiles.
• Cross-verify your physical location using IP-to-GPS signal analysis to flag location scramblers.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for financial scams, identity theft, and online romance fraud.

• Suspended/Deactivated Accounts: If your profile is flagged or deactivated due to suspected fraudulent activity or refusal to complete our instant identity verification check, we retain a log of your device footprint, metadata, and IP address.
• Reporting to Authorities: We reserve the right to package fraudulent profile information—including captured IP addresses, timestamps, device logs, and transaction attempts—and submit this data directly to federal cyber-crime units, including the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), to aid in active investigations.

We implement robust administrative and technical security protocols to protect your personal data. Your verification data and 3D scan metadata are kept secure and are used strictly for trust and safety validations.
