• Because full digital access is granted immediately upon successful payment processing and database registration, we do not offer prorated refunds, trial periods, or cooling-off cancellations for any membership level.

• If your account is suspended, restricted, or permanently deactivated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including, but not limited to: running a fake profile, catfishing, failing the instant live photo verification check, utilizing GPS location scramblers, or engaging in fraudulent behavior), you automatically forfeit any payments made to the platform.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for accounts terminated due to security, scammer, or bot policy violations, regardless of whether you purchased the $29.90, $19.99, or $24.99 membership.

Attempting to dispute a valid $29.90, $19.99, or $24.99 charge with your bank or credit card provider (a chargeback) for a service that was fully delivered may result in the immediate, permanent banning of your device footprint, phone number, and IP range from our platform. We report fraudulent chargebacks and payment fraud data to our payment service providers (PayPal) and associated anti-fraud databases.

If you believe a billing error has occurred on our end (such as being charged twice for a single registration or tier), please contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction at support@loveorlust.net with your transaction receipt, and we will review and resolve the issue.
